Dave Rogers is a Government Strategic Advisor with Microsoft and National Productivity Manager for State and Local Government. While today he is focused on the transformation brought on by “Cloud Services” in government, he also brings 14+ years of government experience as a leader in technology at the State and County levels bringing about consolidation, cost savings and increased value for the organization.

In that time, he spent time as the CTO of the Sheriff’s Department, the County Hospital and the Central IT organization. His depth of governmental experience is used today both internally at Microsoft and with government customers facing declining budgets as they look for new ways to get more value for every dollar spent.
