The Homeland Security Symposium will bring together different disciplines and communities critical to the success of homeland security efforts - police, fire, hospitals, healthcare, schools, political leaders, security, banking, insurance, transportation, agriculture, food distribution and the information technology community. The goal is to promote an exchange of ideas between public and private sector to better coordinate, prepare and educate all that are involved in homeland security efforts.
The joint Homeland Security Symposium / Intergovernmental Technology Conference event is the largest conference of its kind in the Midwest with attendance by the private sector as well as city, county, state and Federal government.
