ITC East Attendee Registration Information
Advanced Registration:
To be pre-registered for the 2-day full conference, registrations must be postmarked between July 14, 2005 & November 30, 2005. After November 30, 2005, you must register on-site at the Hilton Harrisburg & Towers. All preregistered 2-day full conference badges will be processed and mailed to the registrant. You may register by:
2-Day Full-Conference Admission Offers You: Admission to all full-conference events (seminars, opening address, exposition floor, industry presentations and individual training areas), held on Tuesday & Wednesday, December 13, 14, 2005. Exposition only (Complimentary): Exposition only entrance tickets do not include admission to the educational portion of the conference (i.e. seminar programs, panel discussions, and training rooms) and are intended for entry to the exposition floor and keynote only. For more information, please call (800) 578-8220. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations postmarked prior to November 3, 2005, will receive a full refund of registration fees, less a $50.00 processing charge. Cancellations postmarked November 4, 2005 through November 28, 2005 will be charged a $80.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations postmarked November 30, 2005 or thereafter and/or registrants who do not cancel or attend will be liable for the full registration fee. All cancellations must be received in writing. Payment of Fees: Payments will be accepted by, cash, check or credit card, made payable to ITC.

Call hotel directly for reservations and be sure to identify yourself as an Intergovernmental Technology Conference attendee. Please, only reserve the number of rooms that you will need as rooms are limited.
