Preventing Fraud and Overpayments, While Enhancing Citizen Service

Improper payments across U.S. government account for over $100B per year. This presentation will discuss common causes of improper payments and propose a solution to prevent improper payments by transforming complex government statutes, regulations and policy documents into executable rules which can be used to check eligibility automatically at every stage of a payment process. The same approach is also being used by numerous organizations in the U.S. to deliver automated, personalized advice to citizens and businesses to assist their compliance with complex and often confusing regulatory requirements.
