Visual Communications

Our society has become dependant on visual communications. From the video we watch on the news from Iraq to traffic cameras and streaming videos on the web, the ability to communicate visually has moved beyond the television and into everyday life. Today, visual communications in the form of video conferencing is being utilized by public agencies for more than just day-to-day communications, but to help public agencies prepare for any crisis that might face them and better protect the communities they serve.
This presentation will explore the different ways that visual communication is being utilized by public agencies to accelerate decision making, scale knowledge, unify remote teams and promote work life balance, to make our world, and our communities a safer and better prepared.
