Dennis Dombrowski is a division chief within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvanias Office for Information Technology. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Edinboro University, and a Bachelors degree in Music from the New England Conservatory of Music. He has over 22 years experience in the IT field, at such companies as General Electric, Verizon (formerly GTE), and EDS. His work over these years entailed all aspects of IT including application development, training, management, and strategic visioning. In his current role at the Commonwealth, Dennis oversees the Business Solutions Center of Excellence project, which has established reusable frameworks for application development.

Mark Rogers is the Manager of the Commonwealths new Enterprise Portal. He received his Masters degree in Education, specifically Audio-Visual Systems and management, from the Pennsylvania State University. He has more than 26 years experience in human resource development, management, project management, and technology management. While employed with AMP Incorporated he managed a variety of distance learning initiatives including satellite-based engineering education program, videoconference-based training, and computer-based training. He served as his divisions ISO 9002 Quality Manager, managed a $ 2.8 million dollar educational benefits program, and served as a performance improvement consultant. He started his service with the Commonwealth as a Senior Management Consultant for the Bureau of Management Consulting, then in 2001, accepted responsibility for leading and managing the deployment of the Commonwealths Portal Development Technology Standards, related web services, and related vendor support contracts.
