Presenter Biography

Beth Brownhill is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and CTO of Regional and Local Government. She brings over 17 years of experience in developing solutions for governments world-wide. Beth Brownhill is internationally recognized for her leadership in developing Public Sector Business Solutions. A sought after Industry technical resource across IBM, Beth has an excellent reputation as a Chief Architect and consultant. She has architected and delivered solutions for Public Safety and Justice, Customs, Ports, Border Management, Social Services and Social Security, Tax Departments, Department of Energy, NASA, and U. S. Department of Defense. Beth consults with many Government clients across America, Europe, and Asia.
Ms. Brownhill is active in Women in Technology, a member of the Society of Women Engineers and the Institute of Software Architects. Beth is a Master Certified IT Architect and IBM Senior Certified IT Architect. She received a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from University of Houston.
