Presenters Biography

Bill Frennier is a System Architect with the Systems and Technology organization in Unisys. He has over 23 years experience as a Data Processing Consultant with experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Large Systems Design, System Integration, Architecture Development, Business Technical review and analysis. Bill has led multiple engagements in the public and private sector specifically enabling organizations to meet their business objectives through efficient use of technology.

Bill is currently involved with the development of processes, methodologies and tools to enable Real Time Infrastructure solutions within Unisys. He has served as the lead architect for many engagements within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Ohio, county governments and schools and private sector accounts in the financial services industry.

Bill received his Bachelors degree in Computational Physics from Carnegie-Mellon University.
