Senate Bill 9 Update

This session will discuss the various provisions of SB9 and who is impacted by the bill. In particular, we will cover the new declaration forms that need to be signed by individuals prior to employment or awarding contracts. We will also highlight the new criminal offenses enacted by the bill.
