Increasing Training Effectiveness with an Audience Response System
This presentation will demonstrate the most advanced and easiest to use audience response system available. TurningPoint allows trainers to engage participants in an interactive experience while collecting invaluable data for analysis. The participants each hold a radio frequency keypad. The trainer then advances his PowerPoint presentation until a pre-created question is displayed. Each participant “clicks” and is now involved in the presentation. The participant’s results are then immediately displayed on a graph in the presentation. These results are a group collection, as not to identify individuals. The results allow a trainer to instantly know if their instruction was successful. If the question is asked to check for understanding, the results can be reviewed later to identify individuals who did not understand. This technology is a necessity for every trainer that wants to have a more engaged, more intelligent, more motivated, and a more joyful audience!
