Presenter Biography

Steve Hulse is the Manager of e-Learning at JPL Productions in Harrisburg, PA. He received his Master’s degree in Teaching and Curriculum with an emphasis on distance learning from Penn State University. He has more than 25 years of experience in media-based education as a writer, video producer, and instructional designer. He has authored dozens of articles on teaching and evaluation techniques for professional journals. As manager of e-Learning at JPL, Mr. Hulse leads a talented group of instructional designers, graphic artists, and programmers in creating custom e-learning solutions for leading industries, organizations, and major universities.
