"e-Learning for Enterprise Applications"
Successfully training end users in a new enterprise application requires a blended approach, including classroom instruction, web-based learning and performance support. In this seminar, we will focus on how self-paced, web-based training can effectively teach users how to perform tasks in a new application. We will use examples from PennDOT, Dickinson College and others to demonstrate the value and benefits of e-Learning as a part of a blended training solution. Presenter: |
