Ms. Iem is a consultant with experience in both project management, business analysis, and the full range of professional support services surrounding the software development lifecycle. Ms. Iem is currently developing, in concert with Ms. Nipple, a curriculum to support the successful Internal Institute of Business Analysis’ certification of Business Analysts. Ms. Iem provides clients with outstanding consulting services in the areas of Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering and Documentation, and Technical Solution Design and Implementation. She has mentored and supported various Commonwealth agency staff in the application of the project management principles endorsed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and supported by the Commonwealth’s Enterprise Project Management Methodology (EPMM).
Ms. Iem holds a B.S. from York College and is a certified Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Beth Nipple
Consultant – Momentum, Inc.
Ms. Nipple is a Senior Consultant with over ten years of experience in project management, business process analysis, meeting facilitation, user training, and software support. She provides clients with business requirements documentation and analysis, Joint Application Development session facilitation, and training in the area of requirements management. Her clients include Commonwealth organizations as well as commercial businesses. Ms. Nipple has developed and delivered courseware which gave participants a consistent approach for creating clear specification documents and an improved discipline for gathering and managing information system requirements. This training provided participants with a strategy to reduce post implementation change requests and reduce scope creep. Improvements resulted in cost savings and improved customer service through delivery of high quality applications delivered on time, which meet or exceed customer expectations.
Ms. Nipple holds a BA from the Pennsylvania State University.
