Ann Senn, a Partner with Deloitte Consulting, has been advising large public and private companies on achieving strategic and operational value from investments in information and technology for more than 20 years.
As a consultant, author, and speaker, she has built a reputation as an innovative thinker and thought leader on a variety of subjects including “Improving Value from IT Spend”, “Leveraging Information and Technology for Competitive and Operational Advantage”, and “IT Transformation—Leading (Productive) Change.” In January 1996 she was honored by The McGraw-Hill Companies as one of the top 100 Women in Computing. Leadership America selected her as a member of their 1998 class of women leaders.
In her sixteen plus years with Deloitte Consulting, Ms. Senn has worked with many Fortune 100 clients to grow shareholder value through improved business operations and supporting information and technology architectures, improved technology delivery and management capabilities, and innovation. One of her clients was profiled by Fortune Magazine and featured in Michael Hammer seminars as setting a new standard for speed, intensity, and unerring focus on business results for their global common operations and systems implementation and organizational realignment.
In various practice leadership roles within Deloitte Consulting, she has led the launch, development, marketing, and support of value-producing consulting services and tools that have been recognized by clients, evaluators, and Deloitte Consulting alike.
Ms. Senn currently is the global Leader of the Deloitte Consulting CIO Advisory Services Practice (formerly “Business IT Strategy”), the US Leader of CIO Services and a Principal in the Minneapolis office.
