NEW TECHNOLOGIES ON THE HORIZON

We live within an ever changing technology environment. Few other professions demand the same level of constant vigilance on behalf of practitioners. Yet, within the Information Technology profession we have not only the requirement to constantly examine new technologies; but a responsibility to our customers, citizens and employees to quickly leverage the efficiencies and benefits these new technologies can
provide. As with any innovate technology the question becomes, how and where to apply the potential benefits. This presentation will outline some of the new and disruptive technologies available today and pose the question as to what could be around the corner in the very near future.
