Enterprise Server Farm Manager
Stephen Dunn has served as the Enterprise Server Farm Manager at the Commonwealth Technology Center since its formation in March 2001. In this capacity, Mr. Dunn leads both a Technical Operation Team and Application Management Team that is responsible for supporting and hosting some of the Commonwealth's most highly critical and health and safety applications. Mr. Dunn has also worked with various customers within the Enterprise Server Farm to develop some very key enterprise applications and infrastructure that can be leveraged by Commonwealth agencies at a much-reduced cost to the Commonwealth as a whole.

Erik Hoheneder is a consultant with Microsoft Consulting Services State and Local Government practice based in Pennsylvania. Mr. Hoheneder provides infrastructure architecture guidance to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including providing strategic direction and support for BizTalk and Active Directory. Mr. Hoheneder has over 10 years experience in systems engineering, consulting, implementation and support in corporate and public sector business. He has been with Microsoft Consulting Services since September of 2001. Throughout his career, Mr. Hoheneder has managed and participated in a variety of projects in the following areas:
- Large scale infrastructure architecture design, development, deployment, and management
- Enterprise technical strategy development and implementation
- Education sector management systems design, implementation, and support
- N-tier distributed application infrastructure design, deployment, and management
- Project Management
Mr. Hoheneder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Cisco certified professional, Novell certified professional, and a networking technologies certified professional. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Hoheneder was a partner in a consulting firm providing full-service solutions for small to medium business.
Matt Waltz

Matt Walz is an Associate Consultant with Microsoft Consulting Services specializing in areas of application development, solution architecture and project management. In his current role he is working with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the Office of Pennsylvania Open for Business as Program Manager and Technical Architect of their online service offerings. Matts background includes application development and solution architecture experience with COM and Microsoft.Net related technologies. He also specializes in implementing Microsoft BizTalk Server in Enterprise Application Integration projects. Matt joined Microsoft in January 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration from Penn State.
